As the weather warms up and the flowers start to bloom, there’s nothing quite like enjoying a luxurious picnic with friends or loved ones. Whether you’re looking for a romantic date or a gathering with friends, a luxury picnic experience with Picnic & Peonies is the perfect way to indulge in some delicious food and drinks while enjoying the great outdoors. Let’s explore some tips and ideas for creating a truly memorable luxury picnic experience.
Location, Location, Location
The first step in creating a luxury picnic experience is to choose the perfect location. Look for a picturesque spot with beautiful scenery, such as a park or garden with stunning views. We found a lovely spot in Land Park right next to the pond in a bed of Spring flowers. It was truly amazing. If you’re looking for a more secluded experience, consider a private beach or a secluded spot in the woods or even your very own backyard. Don’t forget to check if the location requires a reservation or if there are any restrictions on food and drinks.
Food and Drink
Of course, no luxury picnic experience would be complete without delicious food and drinks. The ladies of Picnics & Peonies brought gourmet options such as artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and fresh fruits and vegetables. They added some savory bites such as bruschetta, crostini, or mini quiches. For a sweet touch, they added some small desserts, too! The drinks were provided by Social Sip Bar and it was incredible.
